We have a wide range of products that are rotated regularly and a build your own box system for ordering online. Minimum spend of £12 applies.

We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for UK orders. Although this service aims to deliver the next working day this is not guaranteed so please allow up to 3 working days for delivery of all bakes to arrive. By placing an order with us you agree to this. 

We have a no refund policy as our products are perishable and cannot be resold. Everything leaves us in perfect condition and care is taken when packaging boxes, however if you are not satisfied with the condition that your order arrives in, please email us within 24 hours and supply photos. We will then look into going through Royal Mail to make a claim to get a refund and will update you on the progress. 

We individually package all bakes to ensure ultimate freshness and allow for slight delays in postage. Please allow up to 3 working days for items to arrive. If your order is lost or missing we will contact Royal Mail on your behalf and again look into making a claim for a refund and update you on the progress. 

Please make sure you provide the correct email address / information when ordering as these are the details Royal Mail will use to send your tracking number. We are not liable for any mistakes in addresses. If an incorrect address has been submitted when ordering please email correct details to pieceofcakeni.orders@gmail.com and we will try our best to rectify the mistake before postage labels are generated. 

Please note the postal boxes are too big to fit through all standard letterboxes so if you aren't going to be in please make sure to update your tracking info with Royal Mail or leave a note for your postman to leave it in a safe place or to re arrange delivery.

It is advised to refrigerate your order when it arrives especially in warmer months. Bakes will be fresh up to 5-7 days after arrival.
